130 PEOPLE SAVED!

The Churches in Upper Egypt held a series of four Revival meeting over the last few weeks. So far 130 people have come to Christ. People were also healed in the services as our brethren prayed for the sick. The Church in Egypt is coming alive!

This is not just business as usual in Egypt, our brethren continue to forge ahead and contend for the faith; this is a true move of GOD birthed out of the dark times the nation has passed through over last the decade. Now there’s liberty and a wonderful season of opportunity to see a real breakthrough for the Gospel in this ancient nation. There’s still opposition here and evangelism can be dangerous but it’s also a time when there’s interest and response to the Christian message as we’ve not seen before. We need to move while this door of opportunity is before us. We have the potential to touch hundreds of thousands of lives in a relatively short period of time if we’ll back what GOD is obviously doing right now.

Egypt is considered to be the most important of the Arab nations, its population is predominately Islamic. It’s also one of the poorest countries in the Middle East, especially Upper Egypt where we are focusing our efforts.

Winter is beginning in Egypt 

and it’s getting cold. We’re planning an outreach into the villages we’re working in to show concern for their people and to engender good will. The LORD said, “Let your light so shine among men that they may SEE your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven.” 

We want to provide 200 blankets for needy families we’re working with. The cost to provide these blankets is $3600. This provision means a great deal to these families and is a real expression of our concern and care for the people.

“He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor.”  Proverbs 22:9

This is a wonderful opportunity to lend a hand to a people who need our help and to further the spread of the Gospel in Egypt and the Middle East.

We also need to uphold and support our Faithful Workers who are doing a great job and laboring diligently for the cause of Christ. We are blessed to have willing indigenous ministries in the Middle East but they need our help to get the job done.
